Important note
Project start করার আগে package, scope, timeline, payment, support এবং included/not included বিষয়গুলো written form-এ clear করা হবে। Written agreement/proposal/invoice-এর scope এই terms-এর সাথে মিলিয়ে apply হবে।
Service scope
BebsharDost professional website, product sales website, e-commerce system, custom business system, website maintenance and related technical support services provide করে।
প্রতিটি project-এর scope package, proposal, quotation, invoice, written message বা agreement অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
যে feature, page, integration, content upload, support বা customization written scope-এ included থাকবে না, সেটি additional work হিসেবে quote করা হতে পারে।
Chaa Adda / Planning discussion
Chaa Adda একটি website planning discussion, যেখানে business type, customer flow, website goal, required features, budget এবং package fit নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়।
Chaa Adda কোনো final quotation বা technical commitment নয়, যতক্ষণ না written scope/proposal confirm করা হচ্ছে।
Detailed audit, strategy document, technical planning, custom architecture or advanced consultancy আলাদা paid service হতে পারে।
Payment terms
Project start করার আগে advance payment required. সাধারণভাবে payment structure হতে পারে: 50% advance, 30% demo/review stage, 20% final handover-এর আগে।
Small support, care plan, maintenance or add-on work-এর জন্য payment terms আলাদা হতে পারে।
Final handover, deployment, source/code access, admin access or full transfer may be held until due payment is completed.
Timeline & client responsibility
Delivery timeline project scope, content readiness, client feedback, third-party approval, integration complexity এবং revision time-এর উপর depend করে।
Client must provide required content, logo, images, product list, service details, contact information, policy text, access credentials and feedback on time.
Client-side delay, content delay, late feedback, third-party delay or payment delay may extend delivery timeline.
Revision & change request
Project scope অনুযায়ী reasonable revision included থাকতে পারে। Revision বলতে agreed design/content/flow-এর small correction বোঝায়।
New page, new feature, major redesign, new workflow, extra product upload, API integration, payment gateway, courier integration, automation or large content work will be treated as additional work.
Scope final হওয়ার পর requirement change হলে timeline এবং cost update হতে পারে।
Domain, hosting & third-party cost
Domain, hosting, database, cloud service, email service, payment gateway, SMS, courier API, premium plugin, paid theme, subscription or third-party tools-এর cost package অনুযায়ী included বা separate হতে পারে।
Client-এর নিজের নামে domain/hosting/account রাখা recommended. BebsharDost technical setup support দিতে পারে, কিন্তু third-party provider-এর service quality বা downtime-এর জন্য responsible নয়।
Renewal cost, upgrade cost or third-party subscription payment client-এর responsibility, unless a managed service/care plan agreement exists.
Support & Care Plan
Each package may include launch support for a limited period. Launch support means agreed features live হওয়ার পর existing issue, small bug or handover-related support.
New feature, redesign, new page, content campaign, SEO campaign, ads management, API integration or business operation support launch support-এর মধ্যে included নয়।
Monthly Care Plan থাকলে সেই plan অনুযায়ী health check, small update, monitoring, bug fix or support দেওয়া হবে।
Ownership & portfolio use
Full payment completion-এর পর agreed deliverables client-এর business use-এর জন্য handover করা হবে।
BebsharDost নিজস্ব reusable components, internal tools, templates, code patterns, workflow and know-how retain করতে পারে।
Unless client requests confidentiality in writing, BebsharDost completed project portfolio, case study or social proof হিসেবে show করতে পারে। Sensitive business data প্রকাশ করা হবে না।
Limitations
Website, SEO setup, analytics, pixel, order flow or e-commerce system business growth support করতে পারে, কিন্তু guaranteed sales, ranking, revenue or profit promise করা হয় না।
Client content, product quality, pricing, offer, ads, customer service, delivery and business operation-এর responsibility client-এর।
BebsharDost illegal, misleading, harmful, restricted or unethical business/content/project accept না করার অধিকার রাখে।
Cancellation & refund
Project start হওয়ার পর advance payment generally non-refundable, কারণ planning, communication, design/development time and resource allocation শুরু হয়ে যায়।
যদি BebsharDost কোনো কারণে project continue করতে না পারে, তাহলে completed work, used cost and pending scope বিবেচনা করে fair adjustment/refund decision নেওয়া হবে।
Client-side delay, requirement change, content delay, non-response or cancellation-এর ক্ষেত্রে already completed work/time/resource cost deduct করা হতে পারে।
